Return / Exchange Policy
At Niora Fashion, we want you to love every piece you order. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer an easy return or exchange process within 7 days of delivery.
Please read the policy below to understand how returns and exchanges work.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges or product exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Products that appear worn, washed, or damaged will not qualify for exchange.
- Only one exchange request per order is allowed.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Once your exchange request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch the replacement item.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are issued in the form of Store Credit (Gift Card).
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on Niora Fashion.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A ₹100 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.
Store credit will be issued after the returned product passes our quality check (QC).
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Return / Exchange section on our website.
- Enter your Order Number and registered email or phone number.
- Select the product you want to return or exchange.
- Choose the reason for the request and upload images if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Submit your request.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved:
- Reverse pickup will be scheduled within 1–3 working days.
- Store credit or exchange will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Intimate wear
- Items purchased using store credit
- Products marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
Quality Check (QC)
All returned items go through a strict quality check.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the request may be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you.
Delivery & Missing Package Issues
If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 72 hours of the delivery update so we can investigate with the courier partner.
Requests raised after this period may not be accepted due to courier company policies.
Product Colour Disclaimer
Product colours may slightly vary due to professional lighting used during photoshoots and screen display settings.
