1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed on Niora Fashion are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sale periods or high order volumes, dispatch may take slightly longer.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We currently deliver across India.
Standard Delivery Time: 3–10 business days depending on your location.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1499.
Shipping Charges: A flat shipping charge of ₹90 will apply on orders below ₹1499.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be available for selected locations and orders.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your city, courier partner availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Courier Partners
To ensure reliable and timely deliveries, we ship orders through trusted logistics partners such as:
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Xpressbees
- Ecom Express
All shipments include secure packaging and tracking facilities.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking link to monitor your order status and estimated delivery time.
If you do not receive tracking details within the dispatch timeline, please contact our support team.
5. Delivery Issues
Package Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your order tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery update so we can investigate with the courier partner.
Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted due to courier company policies.
Tampered Package
If your package appears opened, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays

- High order volumes during sales

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
